Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr., also known as “Bong Bong” Marcos (BBM), was born on September 13, 1957, to former President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos, Sr., and, former First Lady Imelda Romualdez Marcos. He ran for president in the 2022 national elections and was sworn into office on June 30, 2022. He is the 17th President of the Philippines (1899-2022) and 13th under Republic of the Philippines (1946-2022).
